  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original product packaging and include all manuals, accessories, and a copy of your packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
